Terms of Service

By accessing or using RUST.EVENTS (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

RUST.EVENTS provides a hosted event-management platform for Rust Console game servers, including kits, zones, spawns, scheduled events, leaderboards, and Discord integrations. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• All payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Except where required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Distribute malware, spam, or otherwise harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Resell or repackage the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any data, configurations, kits, zones, or other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUST.EVENTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RUST.EVENTS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
