Last updated: April 24, 2026

This document is a generic SaaS template provided as a starting point. It is not legal advice. Please consult a qualified lawyer to ensure compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: email address, display name, password hash, and optional profile fields (Discord username, Rust console ID, country, timezone).
  • Server configuration: RCON connection details, kits, zones, spawns, and event templates you create.
  • Game telemetry: kill events, player names, player IDs, and chat messages captured from your Rust server via RCON.
  • Billing information: subscription status and Stripe customer ID. Card details are stored by Stripe, never by us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To process subscriptions and send billing-related communications;
  • To display leaderboards and player statistics within your dashboard;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Lovable Cloud for hosting and database).
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Game telemetry (kills, events) is retained according to your plan's history limits. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal data;
  • Request deletion of your personal data;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the support channel in the dashboard.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your authenticated session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
